A Tom Hixson exclusive - we've blended a range of lauded flavours to curate a spectacular sausage. Prime cuts of our very own Tom Hixson Wagyu are enmeshed with pork and the vibrant herbs and spices of Argentine Chimichurri. Wonderfully garlicky and peppery with a subtle hint of spice, the Chimichurri elevates the flavour profile intensely, balancing the decadence of the Wagyu with the tenderness of the pork.
