These cattle live a stress-free life roaming the Irish countryside, which results in beef with a distinctive, rich flavour and exceptional tenderness. Only the finest cattle are selected to ensure each rib roast meets the highest standards of quality.

Our farming partners take this cut to the next level by dry-ageing it for a minimum of 28 days, intensifying its flavour. During this process, natural enzymes break down the muscle fibres and connective tissue, creating a succulent, melt-in-your-mouth texture.

As moisture evaporates, the flavours become more concentrated, developing deep, nutty, and earthy notes. The marbling throughout the cut ensures a juicy, tender roast, and as it cooks, the rendered fat further enhances the depth of flavour, resulting in an exceptional taste.

A rib roast is cut from the cattle’s forequarter, specifically from the rib section. It is essentially a rib-eye roast with the bones left in. Known for its excellent taste and beautiful marbling, leaving the bones in adds an extra depth of flavour. When cooked, the marbled fat renders, resulting in a juicy, tender, and exceptionally flavourful cut.

What Is the Steak Club?

 

We are passionate about sourcing the world’s finest steaks. Each country has a unique blend of rearing traditions, breeds and climate which creates truly distinctive beef.

We want to champion the world-class farmers we work with by showcasing their produce.

By signing up to our subscription service, you will receive exclusive steaks delivered to your door on the first Wednesday of each month.

How does the Steak Club work?

 

The sign-up deadline for your first steak subscription delivery is the Sunday before the first Wednesday of the month. After that, your subscription order will be delivered on the first Wednesday of each month until you pause or cancel your subscription.

Alongside the delicious specialty steak, you will receive details on the provenance and expert chef cooking tips, so you can enjoy the full steak experience.

When will I receive my Steak Club delivery?

 

You will receive a range of exclusive steaks delivered to your door on the first Wednesday of each month, handpicked by our experts.

Can I unsubscribe at any time?

 

You’ll have total control over your steak subscription, with the ability to skip a month, pause and cancel whenever you like within your account.
