Sourced from the renowned Rosendale herd in Ireland, this Wagyu Fillet Tail showcases the harmony of expert rearing and butchery. Each animal is grain-fed and finished on a chocolate-enriched diet, enhancing both flavour and marbling. Cut from the tail end of the fillet, this portion is naturally tender and leaner, valued for its versatility and refined taste.
With fine marbling and a delicate texture, the Rosendale Wagyu Fillet Tail delivers a buttery, satisfying eating experience. Ideal for slicing into medallions, searing quickly, or using in dishes such as stir-fries or warm salads, where tenderness and depth of flavour shine.
The Fillet Tail portions are cut from the end of the fillet and are packed with flavour. Best used for dishes like stir-fries or salads that benefit from small, tender pieces of beef.
