Here at Tom Hixson, we’ve worked hard to select the best Turkey Butterfly that combines quality with ease, giving you the perfect no-hassle centrepiece to wow your guests on Christmas or Boxing Day. Our farming partners have nurtured their succulent birds with rich and nutritious feed, producing great flavours and tenderness when roasted. Our master butchers have gone above and beyond to produce an easy-carve boneless butterfly breast with the skin on, which cooks beautifully as the flavours and moistness of the bird are sealed into the meat while cooked.
Our Black Label Argentine Chateaubriand, butchered from premium Hereford and Angus cattle, is renowned for its exceptional flavour. Expertly raised in Argentina, these cattle enjoy a relaxed, stress-free lifestyle, resulting in tender, flavour-packed beef. *Please note that the pigs in blankets are dispatched frozen and therefore may thaw in transit. We do not advise refreezing these once received.
Our expert producers have perfected their methods using tried and tested techniques to cure this unsmoked gammon joint and create a distinct flavour that produces consistently excellent quality.
Taken from the leg of the pork, our succulent gammon joint is low in fat when compared to other cuts, which makes it the perfect option for roasting!

This Large Christmas Meat Hamper and our Christmas Essentials Meat Hamper can both be pre-ordered now for delivery between the 3rd of December and the 21st of December 2024.
We deliver UK-wide in protective chilled packaging to ensure that your hamper stays safe and fresh during transit. Plus, you can choose a date that works best for you!
Because our delivery days are subject to availability, you’ll want to order well in advance to ensure that you get the right delivery slot for you. We’ll be completing deliveries up until the 21st December, so if you place your order before 6pm on the 19th of December then we’ll still have time to deliver before Christmas.
However, you should bear in mind that the delivery slots in the run-up to Christmas will fill up, so you might not be able to get a slot on those dates if you leave it that late! We recommend ordering as early in advance as you can to ensure you get the perfect delivery slot.
