Each box contains a mouth-watering selection of wagyu cuts, including juicy wagyu burgers, succulent rump steaks, and wagyu hot dogs.

In collaboration with our Irish farming partners, we have combined our expertise and knowledge to produce a unique offering of wagyu. This exclusive selection draws inspiration from the rich heritage and unparalleled flavour profile synonymous with the Wagyu breed, whilst also adding new distinctive attributes as a result of the Shorthorn cross, renowned for producing marbled beef.

This Wagyu / Shorthorn cross has been reared stress-free on the open, grassy pastures of Ireland, with a diet supplemented with chocolate in their final three months.

Our wagyu burgers are made from prime cut trimmings and only require a dash of salt and pepper to enjoy all of the rich flavours that wagyu beef has to offer.
