The Iberico loin is a lean cut of pork from the notoriously delicious Spanish pig breed, packing lots of flavours as well as being incredibly succulent. These pigs feed on acorns and cork bark year round and fatten up, only then are they ready for BBQ season. A vital part of the Spanish ecosystem, Iberian Pigs have grown in popularity with gourmet restaurants and the best BBQ joints in equal measure. In part due to their diet of fatty seeds and free-roaming rearing, the meat produced by Iberico Pork is of incredible taste and quality.
