Our Uruguayan grain fed brisket are the perfect smoker's cut and lends itself to the low and slow method as it allows the fat from the marbling to render through the beef, creating an incredibly moist, tender and flavourful piece of beef.


Uruguay has the perfect climate. Clean air, plentiful water and lush green pastures, the cattle graze freely and live naturally – reducing stress and promoting better animal welfare. This improves the tenderness and flavour of beef produced!


Taken from the breast section beneath the first five ribs, behind the foreshank, brisket is perfect for a barbeque or smoker.
