Finland is the chosen location for rearing the cattle, with clean air, pristine natural blue lakes, and lush green pastures. Our Finnish farming partners are true masters of their craft, consistently delivering phenomenal-tasting beef. The finest hand-selected Holstein Friesian and Ayrshire cattle are cross-bred, the exceptional characteristics of these breeds creating a truly individual blend. This results in meat with a signature bright red colour, and unmatched marbling. The use of high-quality grass and silage feed enhances the truly outstanding flavours.
