The Nordic Nature product is world-renowned, winning consistent gold medals in the World Steak Challenge from 2018 to 2023 in their fillets, ribeyes, and sirloins. This is a remarkable feat, as the competition samples 400 steaks from 23 different countries, and winning gold guarantees a unique and truly delicious product- hand selected from the best of the best.
Finland is the chosen location for rearing the cattle, with clean air, pristine natural blue lakes, and lush green pastures. Our Finnish farming partners are true masters of their craft, consistently delivering phenomenal-tasting beef. The finest hand-selected Holstein Friesian and Ayrshire cattle are cross-bred, the exceptional characteristics of these breeds creating a truly individual blend. This results in meat with a signature bright red colour, and unmatched marbling. The use of high-quality grass and silage feed enhances the truly outstanding flavours.
