about this product

Experience the unparalleled quality of Black Onyx Sirloin Steak, crafted from 100% pure Black Angus cattle raised in the cool climate of New England Tablelands. Sourced from the renowned Rangers Valley, this 270-day grain-fed beef is celebrated by top chefs worldwide for its rich flavour, fine marbling (MB3+), and tender juiciness.

The extended grain-feeding process allows the cattle to develop the luxurious marbling that defines Black Onyx beef. This slow, natural growth mirrors the depth of flavour and texture found in pasture-raised animals, making each steak a true feast for the senses.

SIRLOIN
SIRLOIN

The Sirloin is cut from the hindquarter and the lower portion of the animal's ribs, sitting just above the fillet. It is leaner cut when compared to the Ribeye, but it’s still extremely tender and juicy. The Sirloin has a natural top fat covering that enhances succulence and releases intense flavours that are infused in the meat when cooked.
