The Christmas Beef Wellington Box is your go-to for creating a truly memorable festive feast. At its heart is a whole Black Label Argentine Fillet (1.5kg), sourced from premium Hereford and Angus cattle, celebrated for their exceptional tenderness and rich flavour. Paired with crispy Prosciutto Crudo Stagionato Ham, perfect for wrapping your Wellington. This whole fillet will require trimming to prepare the perfect Beef Wellington, and please note that puff pastry is not included.

Also featured is a succulent Unsmoked Boneless Gammon Joint, perfect for an additional roast or holiday leftovers. And, of course, no Christmas feast is complete without 25 juicy Pigs in Blankets to complement your meal.

Black Label Argentine Fillet (Fresh)

This exquisite Argentine fillet is butchered from Hereford/Angus cattle and boasts an incredible flavour profile and texture due to the tranquil lifestyle of the animals, who are given the wide open Pampas Plains to roam. This relaxed lifestyle ensures the extreme tenderness of the meat to give it a juicy, and succulent taste in every bite.

These cattle breeds have a global reputation for delivering exquisite flavour and texture every time, and this black label Argentine fillet is no exception. Serving buttery texture and succulence in every bite this whole joint of Rioplatense beef is the perfect choice for any meat lover.

It wouldn’t be a Christmas celebration without Pigs in Blankets! Whether you add them to your main course or serve them as canapés, these Pigs in Blankets will be a crowd-pleaser.

The key to our Pigs in Blankets is the use of our premium pork cuts in the sausages, delivering an explosion of flavour in each bite. Our succulent sausages are perfectly wrapped in a blanket of streaky bacon, which crisps and caramelises while cooking, giving a beautiful, juicy delicacy.
