The A4 Kagoshima Japanese Wagyu Rump Steak is a rare and highly sought-after delicacy, renowned for its exceptional quality. Hailing from Japan's Kagoshima prefecture, this Wagyu has claimed victory at the prestigious Japanese 'Wagyu Olympics' in both 2017 and 2022, a testament to its unmatched consistency and flavour.

Raised on Kyushu Island, these cattle are known for their rich, creamy marbling and melt-in-the-mouth texture. With 70% of Kagoshima Wagyu achieving the coveted A5 grading—exclusive to this region.

Prefecture: Kagoshima

Grading: A5- Yield grade (A to C) is the ratio of meat to the total carcass weight. Meat quality grade (1 to 5). The four criteria are: fat marbling, the brightness of the meat; texture, and the brightness of the fat.
