Hailing from Japan's Kagoshima prefecture, this Wagyu has claimed victory at the prestigious Japanese 'Wagyu Olympics' in both 2017 and 2022, a testament to its unmatched consistency and flavour.
Raised on Kyushu Island, these cattle are known for their rich, creamy marbling and melt-in-the-mouth texture. With 70% of Kagoshima Wagyu achieving the coveted A5 grading—exclusive to this region.
