The loin runs along the back of the pig, from the shoulder to the rump. As this is the laziest muscle, the cut is lean with optimum tenderness. Our master butchers have expertly prepared each cut. This balances fat coverage, ultimately delivering a culmination of exquisite flavours and texture.


This product is frozen. It could begin to thaw out during delivery process. Therefore we do not advise refreezing it once you receive it.
