If you’ve been waiting to try a halal Brisket, look no further. Tom Hixson has years of experience with working with Halal meats and processes. Our range of halal meat is fully certified and traceable, reared and slaughtered following halal standards. 

This halal Hereford brisket is the epitome of BBQ excellence. Taken from the lower chest of a cow, comprising of two main muscles – the flat and the point. It is a hard working muscle and, as a result, lends itself to slow cooking on the smoker. This helps to tenderise the meat and the fat content renders out to create an array of phenomenal flavours. It has been ethically sourced from native breed Hereford cattle.
