Cook time: 11 min

Air-fried pork chops are a total game changer! Crispy and perfectly seared on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside—every bite is pure perfection.

Paired with a deliciously sticky, garlicky sauce, this dish is best served with noodles or rice for a truly mouth-watering meal.

For the ultimate experience, we used thick-cut Iberico Pork Chops from Tom Hixson—incredibly rich, high-quality, and best of all, they held their size and stayed unbelievably succulent while cooking!

Method:

1. Prepare the Pork Chops

- Pat the pork chops dry with a paper towel.
- Rub them with oil, then coat evenly with the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.

2. Air Fry

- Preheat the air fryer to 190°C.
- Cook the pork chops for 9 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Let them rest for 2 minutes after cooking.

3. Make the Sticky Garlic Sauce

- In a pan, mix the brown sugar, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, ketchup, sriracha, and 2 tbsp water.
- Simmer on medium heat until the sauce thickens and becomes glossy.

4. Serve

- Add any resting juices from the pork to the sauce for extra flavour.
- Pour the sauce over the pork chops and serve with noodles or rice.

Enjoy your sticky, garlicky, and perfectly tender pork chops!
