Our Uruguayan farming partners have perfected their craft over many generations, using time-tested techniques to produce the most succulent meat around. One of the divine fruits of their labour is this incredible grass fed fillet. Terrifically tender, textured and flavoursome, Uruguayan beef is a worthy competitor to any South American adversary.

This Uruguayan fillet steak is butchered from beef reared on the hillsides of Uruguay, feeding on the luscious green grass of the countryside. Perfectly marbled, this grass fed Uruguayan fillet is perfect for chefs of all levels, and works perfectly on the BBQ.

The fillet is a prized cut, extremely tender with mouth watering flavours. Sourced from the lower middle of the back and forms part of the sirloin. The fillet muscle is so tender because it’s the least working muscle, therefore making it incredibly soft.
