What makes their beef so special? The cattle are hand-selected Scottish Ayrshire, raised on the verdant plains of Finland and enjoy a rich diet of fresh grass. The breed as well as the rearing conditions are like no other, not to mention the care of our Finnish farming partners, who work hard to produce sublime beef every time. They make sure the environment is truly stress-free, allowing for consistently tender beef with a naturally rich flavour.
