Hereford cattle is famed for their high-quality and succulent beef, benefitting from their stress-free lifestyle and the dedicated work of our farming partners.  This breed is able to fatten solely off grass- meaning all our cattle is 100% grass fed, packing the beef with extra flavour and nutrients. 

The Picanha is a South American delicacy, carved expertly by our butchering partners, leaving the perfect fat to muscle ratio. The thick fat cap renders beautifully when cooked and releases a unique depth of flavour and succulence. This cut is perfect for roasting or using as individual steaks.

PICANHA

The Picanha is cut from the rump cap and is the most prized cut of meat in Brazil. Holding an incredible number of different flavours and textures. Picanha steak is masterfully cut to leave you with only the most succulent and rich features of the meat. The layer of fat surrounding the Picanha joint renders through when cooked, creating succulent and rich flavours, making this the perfect joint for barbequing or roasting.
