Experience the World’s Best flavour. Winner of this year's World Steak Challenge, the 400 day grain fed Jack's Creek F1 Wagyu Deckle is intricately marbled, delivering a tender, melt in the mouth taste sensation that never disappoints.


The deckle is the layer of fat between the bone and the muscle which becomes the brisket cut. This cut tends to be more on the tougher side, so we recommend a low and slow process when cooking this cut.


The Jack's Creek produce is world renowned, truly masters in their field, producing world class beef. They have a spectacular track record and have won the World Steak Challenge this year! But that's not all, they have previously won the World Steak Challenge in 2016, 2017, 2019 with there world class fillets, sirloins and ribeyes.


F1 Wagyu: Crossing the two most proven marbling breeds; Wagyu and Black Angus cattle. Juicy and succulent, this beef is a truly unique eating experience.

Experience a culinary delight with a whole beef Brisket, sourced from the lower back or chest. Comprising of two distinct muscles, the point and the flat, the untrimmed or "packer" cut combines both sections of the Brisket for the best experience. 

This cut is a popular choice amongst the BBQ smoker’s community, as the brisket boasts a thick layer of fat that infuses the meat with an abundant flavour. This allows the fat from the marbling to render through the beef, creating an incredibly moist, tender, and flavourful piece of beef.
