This 270 day + grain-fed Black Angus beef is raised in the cool climate of the New England Tablelands and comes from the global leaders at Rangers Valley. It’s in chef’s kitchens across the globe and is one that celebrity chefs rave about. It’s the marbled beef that all others are compared to.

A prime cut steak, featuring both the sirloin and fillet, and left on the bone to maximise the flavour and tenderness.

T-BONE STEAK

Similar to a porterhouse, the T-bone steak contains 2 top loins, the sirloin and the fillet joined by the bone. The connecting bone resembles a "T", naming the cut a T-bone. This cut offers intense marbling and textures, offering the divine flavours of 2 prime cuts. A T-bone becomes a porterhouse if it contains a larger portion of the fillet within the cut.
