These sukiyaki slices are cut from the Featherblade, which is a lesser-known cut that is steadily growing in popularity as a distinctive and unique option. Nicknamed ‘featherblade’ due to the line of fat that runs down the centre, it features a good amount of marbling that renders down for a juicy bite.
