Exclusive to Tom Hixson, we've worked in collaboration with the lauded Kagoshima farmers to bring you an alternative product, a steak cut directly from the round of the topside, a section with intense marbling and flavours. No one cut is the same, each steak coming in different shapes due to the malleable nature of the topside- this ensures a one-of-a-kind steak every time.
Notes: This product is frozen. It could begin to thaw out during the delivery process. We do not advise refreezing it once you receive it.
