Best grilled whole and sliced at the table, this cut thrives over open flame. The Full Blood Wagyu genetics ensure each bite is uncommonly tender, with just the right balance of chew and richness. It’s a showpiece- but one that lives up to its looks.
Stone Axe Wagyu produces premium ‘Full Blood’ Wagyu from carefully bred Japanese Black cattle, raised on high-altitude farms across New South Wales and Victoria. The cool climate, clean air, and natural pastures create the ideal low-stress environment for cattle to grow slowly and healthily, without the use of artificial growth hormones. This meticulous approach, paired with a carefully managed diet of locally grown feed, results in beef that is exceptionally tender, intensely marbled, and rich in flavour.
