Nordic Nature's beef cuts are sourced from the finest heifer cattle, which delivers unique flavours thanks to the qualities of hand-selected Scottish Ayrshire cattle breeds, and their high-quality grass feed. Finnish farmers strive to breed a limited number of heifer cattle to produce unique mouth-watering tastes and textures.

The cattle are reared in Finland due to the excellent climate conditions; clean air, pure natural blue lakes, and lush green pastures are the secrets behind its great-tasting beef.

SILVER SIDE

The Silverside is cut between the knuckle and the topside of the cattle. The Silverside is made up of five distinct muscles, named after the silver wall of tissue, which sits on the side of the cut.

The Silverside is a very popular roasting joint with strong beefy flavours and is perfect for a Sunday roast. For the best results, we suggest a slow cook roast. This tenderises the meat and allows the rich flavours to render throughout the joint.
