Scotch T-Bone Steaks

Cut from the short loin, the T-bone brings together two classic steaks in one: the strip on one side of the bone, the fillet on the other. Drawn from carefully reared cattle known for their natural balance and reliability, this cut offers a measured combination of structure and fat, giving the meat both definition and depth. Similar to a porterhouse, the T-bone steak contains 2 top loins, the sirloin and the fillet joined by the bone. The connecting bone resembles a "T", naming the cut a T-bone. This cut offers intense marbling and textures, offering the divine flavours of 2 prime cuts. A T-bone becomes a porterhouse if it contains a larger portion of the fillet within the cut.
