The Black Label Argentine fillet boasts spectacular levels of tenderness. This halal fillet reflects the quality of life of the cattle, as the Hereford & Angus cattle are given the wide-open Pampas Plains to roam and enjoy a tranquil, relaxed lifestyle. These breeds have a global reputation for delivering exquisite flavour and texture every time. The fillet cut is also the least worked area of muscle, which creates a tender and succulent piece of beef.
