A special piece of Argentine beef, the Black Label Argentine fillet steak boasts spectacular levels of tenderness. This halal fillet steak reflects the quality of life of the cattle, as the Hereford & Angus cattle are given the wide-open Pampas Plains to roam and enjoy a tranquil, relaxed lifestyle. These breeds have a global reputation for delivering exquisite flavour and texture every time. The fillet cut is also the least worked area of muscle, which creates a tender and succulent piece of beef.

The fillet is a prized cut, extremely tender with mouthwatering flavours. Sourced from the lower middle of the back and forms part of the sirloin. The fillet muscle is so tender because it’s the least working muscle, therefore making it incredibly soft.
