about this product

This pork loin is a fantastic choice for a Sunday roast. Lean but full of fantastic flavour and a well suited cut for slow roasting. Our master butchers have expertly prepared each cut to ensure balanced fat coverage, which ultimately delivers a culmination of exquisite flavours and unique texture. The loin runs along the back of the pig, from the shoulder to the rump. As this is the laziest muscle, the cut is lean with optimum tenderness.

This has been hand-tied with string as a serving suggestion. The piece you will receive is not hand-tied.
