Dorset Crown Lamb Shanks are produced in the heart of the Dorset countryside by our expert farming partners, who only use prime west country lamb.
The Lamb Shanks boast rich aromatic flavours that come to life with a slow and gentle cooking approach, rendering the meat exceptionally tender and falling effortlessly off the bone.
Each shank is traditionally matured for a minimum of 7 days, ensuring a truly tender eating experience.
*You will receive 2x Dorset Lamb Shank.
*This product is frozen. It could begin to thaw out during the delivery process. Therefore we do not advise refreezing it once you receive it.
