Sourced from Japan’s most renowned Wagyu herds, the A5 Wagyu Striploin is a true expression of exceptional breeding and craftsmanship. Raised on a grain-fed diet and cared for with meticulous attention, this cut from the short loin offers the perfect harmony of tenderness and flavour.

Portioned into 200g pieces, each piece showcases the distinctive marbling and buttery texture that define A5 Wagyu. As the fat gently renders during cooking, it imparts a rich, delicate flavour with a melt-in-the-mouth finish. Best enjoyed seared and rested to medium-rare, allowing the natural sweetness and succulence to shine through.

These steaks are hand-cut, and as such, may vary slightly in shape and appearance from the images shown.

Please note: This product is delivered frozen and may begin to thaw in transit. For best quality and safety, we do not recommend refreezing once defrosted.

The striploin is taken from the short loin, located along the back of the animal between the rib and the sirloin.
