Why? It’s not about creating flavour, but about perfecting it. A chocolate-enriched feed helps enhance the marbling process, not only contributing to fat content but allowing for a smoother, butter-like fat to develop – without gristle. Not only that, but the feed brings a subtle hint of sweetness, enriching the savoury flavour by balancing it out.
