The beef’s natural flavour is enhanced by the Rosendale Wagyu feeding programme, which includes a chocolate-enriched grain diet that imparts a subtle, rounded sweetness to the savoury profile. During cooking, the marbled fat renders gently, infusing the patty with depth and moisture, while expert grinding techniques ensure a consistently tender, satisfying texture.
