"Not as good as the usda slices, a little tough."
"The ones I received aren’t best quality. Had better ones before. Turned a little brown and also not as tender with melt in the mouth texture this time. A little disappointed."
"These were outstanding I bought them for my husbands birthday, however the tomahawk steaks were tough tasteless and not value for money as stated!! We have purchased much meat from yourselves and can honestly say these tomahawks were awful,we have had better meat from a local market and been impressed, these really let Tom hixson down and will not be ordering these again, it's a shame as we have ordered many a meat from you and not had a problem these were not nice at all. Regards Deb"
"Going to have some tomorrow"
"Love these wafer thin great for curry or beef olives"
"My pack have a massive white fat in every slice of the beef, pretty much 1/2 pack lost"
"So far so good. Sliced so no other work to do"
"Bought 1kg of wagyu sukiyaki beef slices. Came in 2 boxes, the first box was in prestige condition and the meat was delicious. The second box had discoloration in the meat (showing brown) from the second slice onwards. I googled and apparently, it had to do with the oxidation during the freezing process. I think the meat wasn't stored properly during the transport process? It was already defrosted when I collected it in person although I expected the meat to be frozen prior to pickup."
"The Wagyu (Japanese and Irish mix) was excellent in quality and cut to the perfect thickness!"
"Excellent meat. Delicious."
