about this product

Sukiyaki slices are thin-cut steaks sliced from the top sirloin; they're the perfect thickness for Asian cooking and Korean recipes. Each of the sukiyaki slices has exquisite marbling, resulting in fantastic flavours and succulent textures.

We are excited to announce the launch of very own range of Wagyu beef.

In collaboration with our Irish farming partners, we have used our combined expertise and knowledge to create a unique product. This exclusive selection draws inspiration from the rich heritage and unparalleled flavour profile synonymous with the Wagyu breed whilst also adding new distinctive attributes.

We decided upon a Wagyu/Shorthorn cross, which has been reared stress-free on the open, grassy pastures of Ireland. Shorthorn are renowned themselves for producing marbled beef, so when crossed with Wagyu the results are sublime.

Their diet is supplemented in their final three months with chocolate, which adds a touch of sweetness to the bite.

"These were outstanding I bought them for my husbands birthday, however the tomahawk steaks were tough tasteless and not value for money as stated!! We have purchased much meat from yourselves and can honestly say these tomahawks were awful,we have had better meat from a local market and been impressed, these really let Tom hixson down and will not be ordering these again, it's a shame as we have ordered many a meat from you and not had a problem these were not nice at all. Bought 1kg of wagyu sukiyaki

"Bought 1kg of wagyu sukiyaki beef slices. Came in 2 boxes, the first box was in prestige condition and the meat was delicious. The second box had discoloration in the meat (showing brown) from the second slice onwards. I googled and apparently, it had to do with the oxidation during the freezing process. I think the meat wasn't stored properly during the transport process? It was already defrosted when I collected it in person although I expected the meat to be frozen prior to pickup."
