New Zealand Lamb is known around the world as flavoursome, versatile and natural. The lamb shanks are full of aromatic flavours, a low and slow approach will make this cut become very tender and fall off the bone. As one of the harder working part of the animal this cut needs slow cooking or braising.
Our New Zealand farming partners are known for delivering consistently premium quality lamb, sourced from some of New Zealands most pristine pastureland. Our producers take care to maintain sustainability of their pastureland, ensuring the lambs graze freely, living a stress free lifestyle producing an array of sensational flavours and tenderness.

*This product is frozen. It could begin to thaw out during the delivery process. Therefore we do not advise refreezing it once you receive it.
