View full detailsIberico Pork Abanico is the cut that wraps the ribs from the outside. It is a thin piece rich in marbling, which makes it perfect for the BBQ being tasty, juicy and crispy. The word 'Abanico' comes from the Spanish meaning 'hand-held fan', due to the distinctive shape of the cut. A unique and delicious addition to any meal, being the perfect balance of succulent meat infused by thin streaks of fat.
**This product is stored frozen and therefore may begin to defrost in transit. We do not recommend refreezing on receipt.
