Made in the heart of Cyprus, this traditional Halloumi is PDO-certified and crafted using a time-honoured blend of sheep’s and goat’s milk. The milk is sourced from free-ranging herds that graze on native herbs, lending a distinctive character to the cheese. Each piece is hand-folded and lightly brined, preserving the integrity of its Cypriot heritage.
