Cut from richly marbled Wagyu cattle reared in Ireland. Prepared as thin slices, it draws on the Japanese tradition of quick, high-heat cooking, allowing the inherent quality of the beef to speak with clarity. Irish Wagyu benefits from a temperate climate, producing beef with exceptional balance - generous marbling without excess, and a clean, natural character that reflects its provenance.
In the pan or over charcoal, these delicate slices require only moments to come into their own. The fine marbling melts almost instantly, basting the meat from within and delivering a buttery texture with a gentle, savoury depth. A light seasoning of salt is often all that’s needed, though it pairs beautifully with simple dipping sauces or a touch of soy and citrus. Cooked quickly and served immediately, it rewards a light hand and close attention, offering tenderness and flavour in equal measure.
This product is delivered frozen and may begin to thaw in transit. For best quality and safety, we do not recommend refreezing once defrosted.
