The quality of the meat
"The quality of the meat is good, however the delivery was disappointing. The items I ordered that I thought were frozen weren't and the items I thought were fresh were in fact frozen, so inaccuracies on the website. The meat that was frozen then actually arrived thawed which meant I had no choice but to eat it quickly. Having called them to understand what had happened in this confusion and what was I meant to do with the thawed meat, I was just told that the website clearly states there is no guarantee the meat will arrive frozen. On an order of £150 that is quote disappointing, especially as other butchers I have used online send frozen meat which arrives frozen, and if it did melt they will happily replace it. I was offered nothing other that tough love. Hopefully I'll win the Tom Hixson BBQ competition though!"
