A lot of time and expertise has gone into making our Smoked Streaky Bacon so special. First the finest pork bellies are selected. It is then hung oak wood chippings for eighteen hours. Oak is the greatest wood type for complimenting and enhancing the natural essences of the bacon, ultimately leaving it with superb and unique flavours. Once cooked the bacon will become crisp and extremely flavoursome.
