"The brisket was a good weight and size. The reason I am giving a 1* is due to the brisket having a significant gouge at the point end as well as a large bald spot on the flat. As I wanted to smoke the brisket, it then became dry as the fat coverage was so minimal in these sections of the brisket. The description of the product stated that it was a packer brisket and it was untrimmed which is why it frustrated me that the brisket had been poorly butchered prior to purchase. I felt that the description was misleading and hindered the satisfaction of the product significantly."
