SIRLOIN

The Sirloin is cut from the hindquarter and the lower portion of the animal's ribs, sitting just above the fillet. It is leaner cut when compared to the Ribeye, but it’s still extremely tender and juicy. The Sirloin has a natural top fat covering that enhances succulence and releases intense flavours that are infused in the meat when cooked.

Fantastic

"We bought this for our forest holidays with the family. I cut the steaks at around an inch thick and the marbling was fantastic and they felt very tender. I cooked them on the bbq and everyone said it was the best steak they have had. I have since purchased the ocean beef sirloin and I have to say that it is fantastic, I have also got the ocean beef fillet and that is unreal. I will continue to buy all my big cuts off Tom, as the quality is the best out there and service, thanks guys 🫡"
