"At the price (discounted) this was an absolute bargain, even at full price an indulgent value for money considering the quality. The steak is a couple of inches thick, thus you can get a nice sear and crust without overcooking the steak. The steak has enough marbing to remain moist and the meat is poacked with flavour and soft, but still has a meaty bite."
