"I am Venezuelan living in London. Picanha (we call it “Punta Trasera”) is the main dish on any BBQ in our culture. A good Picanha is hard find however with Tom Hixson you never go wrong. I buy at least 3 every summer. 100% recomended!"

Delayed delivery and the quality

"Delayed delivery and the quality of the picanha was just average. Despite dry brining for 24 hours and cooking over charcoal, the steak wasn’t as tender tasty as expected. I wouldn’t recommend the Aberdeen Angus. South American Picanha is therefore worth the extra money."
