This A4 Japanese Wagyu Sirloin Steak is among the most desired beef cuts in the world. Incredibly tender, with a smooth, melt-in-your-mouth texture and rich flavours, this A4 Wagyu Sirloin has intense intramuscular marbling with soft fat. Raised on high-quality grain this gives the meat a high percentage of monounsaturated fats, omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, delivering exquisite flavours in every bite for a memorable culinary experience.

Origin: Gunma, Japan

Breed: 黒毛和種 Japanese Black Pure Breed. Fully certified ancestral lineage.

Finish: High-quality grain (corn and rice straw)

Grading: A4- Yield grade (A to C) is the ratio of meat to the total carcass weight. Meat quality grade (1 to 5). The four criteria are: fat marbling, the brightness of the meat; texture, and the brightness of the fat.

Weight: 200 grams

SIRLOIN
SIRLOIN

The Sirloin is cut from the hindquarter and the lower portion of the animal's ribs, sitting just above the fillet. It is leaner cut when compared to the Ribeye, but it’s still extremely tender and juicy. The Sirloin has a natural top fat covering that enhances succulence and releases intense flavours that are infused in the meat when cooked.
