New to our Artisan sausage range the delightful Toscana Mediterranean sausage. Comprised of only natural ingredients, the pork is selected from prime Spanish pigs, seasoned with Mediterranean herbs and finally cured for a few days.

Our Spanish farming partners enjoy these most with rustic bread, fresh tomato and a drizzle of olive oil.
